The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) will be conducting live-firing and military exercises across multiple locations from Monday, 3 November 2025 to Monday, 10 November 2025.

Live-Firing on Southern Islands

The islands of Pulau Sudong, Pulau Senang, and Pulau Pawai, along with their surrounding waters, have been declared live-firing areas during this period. The SAF will carry out live-firing and demolition activities under strict safety controls.

The public is advised to stay clear of these islands and their surrounding waters. Members of the public should also avoid the prohibited waters off Changi Naval Base and Tuas Naval Base.

Pasir Laba Live-Firing Area

Live-firing exercises will also take place at the Pasir Laba (SAFTI) Live-Firing Area. Sea vessels navigating the Western Johor Straits are reminded to remain within the 75-metre Navigable Sea Lane and avoid crossing into the live-firing boundary.

Island-Wide Military Exercises

Military exercises involving blanks and thunderflashes will be conducted in several areas, including Seletar, Marsiling, Jalan Bahar, Neo Tiew, Lim Chu Kang, Jalan Kwok Min, Tuas, Upper Jurong, Hong Kah, Ama Keng, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Kranji, Lentor, Simpang, Sembawang, and Mandai.

The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) will also participate in an exercise near Pulau Brani on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, and some aircraft noise can be expected.

The SAF has advised the public not to be alarmed during this period.
